Zest-it Wax Solvent is used for thinning Cold Wax Painting Medium, LiquiBlend Wax & Brushable Wax Resist.   It is also for used for cleaning the mixture of wax and oil paint from brushes and equipment.   It is not for use with encaustic (hot) waxes.

It is ideal for thinning paint mixtures of cold wax and oil to change the handling qualities and enabling glazes and drizzles. It is also used to clean the mixture from brushes, painting knives, rollers, wedges, shapers etc

Zest-it Cold Wax Solvent is a non-toxic, non-flammable fluid with a slight yellow colour. It has a mild orange smell from the citrus oil and it has low VOC's (chemicals that evaporate easily), which means little is lost to the atmosphere.    It does not contain any aromatics or CFC's

It is classed as biodegradable and is therefore kinder to the environment.

Wax Solvent does not mix with water.
